Totally appreciate your point on having to pay a certain price instead of voluntary donation. However, St Paul’s Cathedral need the support to keep up with its maintenance project. Absolutely, there are many areas that are Free to access and still gives a visitor an amazing experience.
Hi, as always an excellent blog not least with the details of getting tickets for more than one attraction. As a child I visited here a couple of times and it is, with the incredible architecture and history, not least during the war and amazing place to visit.
However, when my wife and I were last in London together we went along here for a visit and decided not to go in. I personally have an issue with the cost for a church compared to the voluntary donations in others. However, it was good to see that parts can still be experienced without paying this.
It really is a majestic location.
