From Diagonal Station: Casa Milà is just a short walk from the Diagonal metro station.

By Public Transportation
Metro: The quickest public transport route is by metro. Walk to the Sagrada FamÃlia metro station and take the L5 (Blue Line) towards Vall d’Hebron. Get off at the Verdaguer station and switch to the L4 (Yellow Line) towards Trinitat Nova. Exit at Alfons X, the closest metro station to Park Güell. From there, it’s about a 15-minute uphill walk to the park entrance. The total metro journey should take around 20-25 minutes.
Bus: Alternatively, you can take Bus V19 from the stop near Sagrada FamÃlia towards Vallcarca. Get off at the Travessera de Dalt – Parc Güell stop, which is a short walk from the park. The bus journey may take around 25-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Regardless of your chosen mode of transportation, it’s crucial to allow for some buffer time, especially if you’re relying on public transport, to ensure you arrive at Park Güell as planned.

Aim to be at the gate at least 15 minutes before your time slot. As an easier alternative, consider a taxi. We booked a cab from the Sagrada Familia and found the drop off point midway up the slope.
PRO TIP 2: When here, don’t rush. The grounds are vast and it’s worth exploring at your own pace. Aim to spend at least a couple of hours here. Stay for the sunset. The blue/pink/purple hues over the city of Barcelona at dusk is absolutely mesmerizing and worth waiting for after a long day.
