I had asked via for a room with a walk in shower and my request was fulfilled. The bedroom was large with plenty of wardrobe space, a safe, tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. Breakfast had everything one would expect. Fresh fruit, pastries, continental or cooked breakfast. Very friendly and pleasant staff on duty at breakfast. The hotel is in a perfect position. We were booked at the opera in the Arena and it was a comfortable 6 minute walk through pedestrianised streets to reach the Arena.
